Huge suprise today

When we came back from KC on Tues, the first thing we did was to drive by our lot. It looked the same..big pile of dirt. We didn't expect a change but just wanted to drive by. Today before we headed to the Rockies game, we decided to drive by and this is what we saw.




WHAT?!!? They started digging our basement and have already leveled it out! We were so surprised. We called the sales person at Richmond as we were a bit confused. She said we'd all meet before they started digging. When I called her, I asked her when we would be meeting with her..she said well once they get the permits and we'll meet to discuss the layout of the lot. I said, well we kind of figured out what it would like when we drove by and saw they had already dug out the basement. She was shocked as well. She said they must have done it on Fri or Sat. She said she'd be setting up the meeting with the superintendent for Tues or Wed so we can make sure everything is correct. We are very excited about the house being started but was really surprised as we wanted to see them digging the hole. We've decided we're going to go by there at least every other day since we're only about a mile away from it.
